Free minutes will be counted on per minute pulse and is not dependent on the package pulse. Which means If subscriber on "TS har second" makes 1 second call it will be counted as 1 complete free minute. Also if subscriber on "TS 30 second" makes 20 second call it will be counted as 1 free minute.
What happens if I subscribe to SMS bundling option?
The SMS" purchased will be added to the already FREE SMS" provided.
What happens if I subscribe to Voice bundling option?
The Minutes purchased will be added to the already "FREE Minutes" provided.

What is the process of getting a SIM replacement?
Incase the customer’s SIM is damaged/lost he/she will get a FREE SIM replacement.
